Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 lg cream cheese (cut into 20 squares)
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 6 tblsp sugar
  • 1 teasp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Spray Bundt Pan with Pam & sprinkle bottom with 1/2 of the nuts.

Melt butter & brown sugar together & set aside.

Mix sugar & cinnamon together in a shallow bowl & set aside.

Flatten out each biscuit slightly & place 1 square of cream cheese in each & seal.

Roll in sugar mix & place in bundt pan.

Half way pour half of butter/brown sugar mixture.

Sprinkle remaining nuts.

Add second row of the remaining biscuits in pan the same way.

Pour remaining butter/brown sugar mixture over.

Bake @375 degrees for 50 minutes.

Let set 5 minutes & invert pan onto a plate
