Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 pkg dry vegetable soup mix
• 2 cans water chestnuts (chopped) (optional)
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 3-5 green onions (chopped)
• 1 pkg chopped spinach (thawed & drained)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Chill.

Serve with crackers or pieces of sour dough bread.
