Ingredients

  • 2 lb box Velvetta Cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 lg can chopped green chili's (mild; hot gets too hot as it sits)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tblsp onion (minced)
  • seasoned salt, garlic powder, worchestire sauce
  • pimentos, mushrooms, olives

Preparation

Step 1

Cut Velvetta in half length wise.

Roll out like a pie dough between 2 pieces of wax paper, into an oblong or rectangular shape.

Next spread 1/2 of the cream cheese over the Velvetta with a knife (be sure to go all the way to the edges).

Sprinkle with seasonings and the rest of ingredients you want for flavor.

Slowly roll cheese into a roll like a jelly roll.

If cheese sticks to wax paper, use a knife to loosen the edges.

Wrap in Saran Wrap & store in refrigerator.
