Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cup(s) of pecans
  • 3/4 cup(s) of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup(s) of barley malt
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. of arrowroot
  • 4 tbsp. of roasted sesame tahini
  • 1 pre-made pie crust, or pie crust of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.In a food processor, mix until smooth all ingredients except the pecans.
3.Then add the pecans and process until the nuts are chopped and mixed with the other ingredients.
4.Pour this concoction into the pie shell.
5.You can add extra pecans on top before baking for decoration.
6.Bake for 45 mins to one hour, until the top browns slightly
