CREAMY BEEF APPETIZER PIE

Cream cheese and sour cream base complemented with a pleasant nutty flavor. Serve warm with assorted crackers.

Ingredients

• 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1/2 cup light sour cream
• 1-1/2 cups finely chopped beef
• 3 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
• 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, milk and sour cream together in medium bowl until smooth.

Stir in beef, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Spread in ungreased 9 inch pie plate.

Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
