- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 4 oz. grilled chicken
- 1/2 cup mixed greens
- 3/4 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. onions, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 3 Tbs. tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp. black pepper
