Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 C. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 C. white sugar
- 1 tea. vanilla
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 C. brown sugar
- ½ C. flour
- ½ C. pecans, optional
- ●Mix the sweet potatoes, butter, sugar and vanilla.
- ●Pour potato mixture into a Pyrex bowl.
- ●Mix topping ingredients and pour over sweet potatoes.
