Ingredients

  • 4 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 (16 ounce) can artichoke hearts, sliced and drained
  • 1 (5 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach and drain well. Mix the two cheeses (reserving enough Cheddar to sprinkle on top of casserole) and margarine until melted. Add artichoke hearts and water chestnuts to the cheese mixture. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake until bubbly.
