Ingredients
- 4-5 large tomatoes
- Handful of cilantro
- 8 - 10 tomatillos
- 1 purple onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4-5 jalapenos, fresh
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt
- Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Blend raw in food processor.
For beef fajitas:
Marinate a flank steak overnight in the following:
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
Salt
Pepper
Chili powder
Garlc powder
Ground cumin
1 garlic clove, minced
