  • Celery, diced
  • Onion, diced
  • Ground garlic with oil
  • Worcestershire
  • Uncle Ben's rice
  • For Dove
  • Beef boullion
  • Worcestershire
  • Celery salt/seed
  • Sesame seed
  • Onion and onion salt
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • 4 quarts water
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Brandy
  • Shrimp
  • 1 oz butter
  • 1 T garlic
  • Sherry

Preparation

Step 1

For chicken breasts:
Cut in 50 cent pieces
Coat with egg, dredge in flour and flame with brandy for
1 1/2 minutes.

For shrimp:
Suate with butter, garlic and flame with sherry. Cool. Add butter.
