- 2 cups veggies
- Unlimited mixed greens
- 4 oz lean chicken, tempeh, tofu, or fish on top
- Salad dressing can be plain balsamic vinegar

Step 1
Cook protein thoroughly in a skillet with a little bit of grape seed oil. Toss veggies to gether in a bowl and top with protein. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar.
