Ingredients
- 1 can English Peas or bag of frozen English Peas
- 1 tblsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tblsp butter
- 1 tblsp flour
- 1/4 teasp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat undrained peas with 1 tblsp butter in a small saucepan.
Pour liquid off of peas into a measuring cup.
Add enough milk to the cup to make 1 cup of liquid.
Melt 2 tblsp of butter over low heat, whisk in flour & salt, add 1 cup of milk liquid.
Whisk until thickens and bubbles.
Pour over peas.
