Ingredients
- 8 slices Bacon (cooked & crumbled)
- 2 10 oz bags Baby spinach leaves (washed & dried)
- 3 tblsp sugar
- 2 tblsp vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Reserve oil from cooked bacon.
Place spinach in medium heated skillet that bacon was cooked in.
Cook until just wilted (NOT cooked throughly) .
In a small cup whisk together bacon grease, sugar & vinegar.
Pour over wilted spinach in the skillet & toss.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Serve warm
