Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teasp salt
  • 1 lg can corn (drained)
  • 1 sml can english peas (drained)
  • 1 sml can sliced green beans (drained)
  • 1 cup celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 2 bunches green onion (finely chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

After oil & vinegar mixture has cooled, add to the vegetables and mix well.

Cover & Chill.
