Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken
- 3 sticks Celery (cleaned)
- 3 Carrots (peeled)
- 1 lg Onion (peeled & quartered)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 12 oz pkg Dumplin Noodles
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 6 cups Water

Preparation
Step 1
Place whole un-skinned chicken, celery, carrots, onion, salt & pepper in a large pot with water. Cover.
Boil chicken until tender and falling off the bone.
Remove chicken & de-bone. Cut into bite size pieces
Strain off all vegetables and discard. Save broth.
Bring broth back to a boil and add noodles. Cook until tender.
Add soups & chicken.
Mix well and serve warm
