Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Hamburger Meat
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 1 can Enchilada Sauce
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1 sml pkg Corn Tortillas
- 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat & onions together.
Add all canned ingredients and mix.
Add about 1/2 cup of cheese.
Spray Pam in a 9X13" baking pan or large casserole dish.
Cut tortillas into quarters and start layering the bottom of dish.
Add beef mixture, add a layer of cheese, add another layer of tortillas, add beef mixture, add a layer of cheese.
Bake in oven approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven.
Top with Sour Cream and/or Salsa
Serve with tortilla chips or flour tortillas.
