Ingredients

  • 4 lbs peaches, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice or water

Preparation

Step 1

Place peaches in large cook pot with water or orange juice and bring to a boil.

Cook until tender.

Add sugar and cook 30 more minutes stirring frequently to avoid burning.

Spoon into pre-sterilized pint jars while hot.

Wipe rims clean and place lids and rings on jars.
