Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pan drippings from bacon or sausage
- 2-3 tblsp Flour
- 1 tblsp Sugar
- 4 cups Milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat pan drippings in your skillet over medium heat.
Add flour, sugar, salt & pepper, mash & stir mixture good to incorporate with drippings.
Let flour cook until browned, while stirring.
Add milk and use a whisk to stir until thickened.
Remove thickened gravy to serving bowl immediately or it will continue to thicken.
