Ingredients

  • 1 box Butter Pecan Cake Mix
  • 1 lg box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 4 lg Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Pecan Halves
  • Coating Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer.

Spray Bundt Pan with cooking spray & coat with sugar by swirling it around in pan. Pour off excess.

Place pecan halves in bottom of pan in an arrangement.

Gently pour batter over pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes.

Invert & cool on wire rack.
