Bread Pudding - Raisin Bread Pudding 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz Loaf of Raisin Cinnamon Bread
  • 1 quart half-and-half
  • 6 lg eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tblsp vanilla
  • 2 tblsp butter (melted)
  • 1/4 teasp cinnamon
  • 1/4 teasp nutmeg
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Pour half & half, melted butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg and whisk together in large bowl.

Pinch or cut up bread into small bite size pieces or cubes and add to half & half mixture.

Let soak approximately 15-20 minutes.

Spray a large baking dish with Pam & pour mixture into baking dish.

Bake 50-60 minutes.

Remove and let cool 10 minutes. (cake will deflate)

In a small sauce pan heat can of Eagle Brand Milk. Drizzle over warm bread pudding and serve.
