Ingredients

  • 1 pkg butter cake mix
  • 1 can blueberries (drain & save juice)
  • 1 pkg cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 med-lg eggs
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Enough blueberry juice to mix glaze

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil, eggs & pudding mix.

Fold in blueberries. (Batter will be stiff)

Pour batter into a greased Bundt Cake Pan.

Bake @325 degrees for 1 hour.

Combine powdered sugar & enough blueberry juice to make glaze.

Invert cake to a plate.

Drizzle with glaze.
