Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage (hot or mild)
- 3 tblsp Flour
- 6 cups Milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage in large skillet, crumbling as you cook.
Remove sausage & set aside.
Using pan drippings, add flour, salt & pepper.
Mash and stir constantly until brown.
Add milk and whisk constantly until thickened.
Turn off heat and add sausage.
Pour into serving dish.
Serve over biscuits.
