Ingredients
- 3 quarts popped popcorn
- 3 cups unsalted mixed nuts
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Karo syrup
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teasp salt
- 1/2 teasp vanilla
- 1/2 teasp baking soda

Step 1
Spray large shallow roasting pan with Pam.
Combine popcorn & nuts in pan; place in 250 degree oven while preparing glaze.
In heavy 2 quart saucepan, stir brown sugar, corn syrup, butter & salt.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.
Without stirring, boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla & baking soda.
Pour syrup mixture over popcorn & nuts, stirring to coat.
Bake @250 degrees, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.
Remove from oven; cool; break apart.
Store in airtight container.
