Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1/4 c. tomato soup
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. onion (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the above ingredients; shape into balls and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Blend the rest of the soup with 1 c. water and pour over meat balls. Bake in oven until done or 40 minutes.
