Ingredients

  • 1

    lb. ground beef

  • 1/4

    c. rice (uncooked)

  • 1/4

    c. tomato soup

  • 1

    egg

  • 1/4

    c. onion (minced)

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    tsp. garlic salt

Directions

Mix the above ingredients; shape into balls and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Blend the rest of the soup with 1 c. water and pour over meat balls. Bake in oven until done or 40 minutes.
