  • 6 lg. eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 2 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and cut into tiny pieces
  • white pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

Boil eggs. Let cool before handling. Crack eggs and then cut each egg in half lengthwise. Scoop out the egg yolks and put them in a small bowl. Mix in salt, white pepper, and mayonnaise; mix well. Put about 1 Tbs. of the yolk mixture inside each white half. Put bacon pieces on top of each egg.
