Fiesta Ketchup

Ingredients

• 2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
• 2-1/2 c ketchup
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1-1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
• 1/4 tsp onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, combine the jalapenos, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, and onion powder. Pulse the mixture several times to mix. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and process until the mixture is well blended, about 30 seconds.
