  • 1/4 cup Food You Feel Good About Liquid Egg Whites (Pasteurized)
  • 1 tsp Wegmans Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cups Wegmans Powdered Sugar, sifted

Directions:

Vigorously whisk together egg whites, vanilla, and half of powdered sugar in small bowl. Slowly whisk in additional sugar until desired consistency is obtained. To test consistency, dip spoon in icing and allow ribbon of icing to fall back into the bowl. When ribbon stays on the surface 5 seconds before disappearing into the mixture, icing is ready.

Chef Tip(s):
•To avoid the icing drying out, cover with dampened paper towel.



Thicken icing to create borders; for filled-in areas, thin icing with additional egg whites to desired consistency.
