Ingredients

  • 1 pound seedless grapes, cut into small clusters
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • Sugar
  • ● Wash and dry clusters of grapes
  • ● Using a soft brush, coat grapes with egg whites.
  • ● Roll in sugar to coat while egg is moist.
  • ● Place on a tray to dry and put into the freezer for a few minutes to set.
