- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 4 teaspoon onion granules
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
- 1/3 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
