- 3 8-oz cream cheese (softened)
- 4 egg whites (SECRET 5)
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 8-oz sour cream
- Graham crakers (SECRET: cinnamonvariety)
- 1/4-1/2 c melted butter

Step 1
Crust:
Grind graham crackers - approximately 2 cups. Add 1/4 cup sugar (1/8 cup if you use cinnamon). Blend in 1/4 to 1/2 cup melted butter. Grease springform pan with butter and press in crust mixture.
Filling:
Beat 4-5 egg whites until stiff. Add 1 cup sugar. Mix then add cream cheese one package at a time. Mix well. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Blend. Pour into pan over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove and increase oven to 475 degrees.
Topping:
Combine 8 ounces sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over cake then bake at 475 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
Remove and chill.
