Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon champagne vinegar
- A palmful of chopped chives
- As much freshly ground horseradish as you can take (more is better!)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and let it rest for up to a day before serving.
Notes
Freshly grated horseradish is much stronger than bottled. You may also enjoy it sprinkled on foods!
