Ingredients
- 2 lbs round steak, cut in small strips
- flour, salt and pepper
- shortening
- 4 sliced onions
- 1 Can bullion/broth
- 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 C sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Roll strips of meat in flour, pepper, and salt. Melt shortening in pot and brown meat strips. Remove meat and stir in onions. Fry a few minutes. Return meat to pan and add bouillon. Simmer 2-3 hours. Slice mushrooms and add 20min before serving. Stir in sour cream and remove from heat. Serve over rice or noodles.
