Ingredients

• 1 8oz pkg sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers
• 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
• 2 tsp worchesterire sauce
• dash ground red pepper
• chopped parsley and red peppeprs for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese with electric mixture on medium speed until well blended. add juice, bell pepper, onion, worchesterire sauce and ground pepper, mix well. refrigerate several hours or overnight.

place drinking glass in center of serving platter. drop round tablespoons of mixture or form ring around glass, just touching outer edge of glass, smooth with spatula. remove glass

garnish with chopped fresh parsley and red pepper. serve with crackers. makes 2 cups
