  • 1 1 /2 Cups Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
  • Glaze
  • 1 Cup Confectioner's Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp HOT Water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine Flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. in a separate bowl mix eggs sugar and vanilla until thick.
Combine milk and butter, Alternatively combine egg mixture and milk mixture with flour mixture and mix until smooth and soft. Spray pan lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Fill with batter 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool. Carefully remove and then repeat with the remaining batter. Frost or Glaze
