Ingredients
- 8 (1 oz) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp light corn syrup

Step 1
• In a medium bowl, combine chocolate, cream and corn syrup
• Place bowl over a double boiler and combine
• Let mixture cool until is reaches spreadable consistency (about 10 minutes)
