• 1 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
• 1 lemon, juice of
• 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
• 1 tablespoon sugar, to taste
• salt and pepper

2For slaw: toss with 1/2 small head shredded cabbage+ one shredded carrot.
