Ingredients
- 6 medium ears corn
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 cups Monteray jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced olives
- 2 Tbs chopped green onions

Preparation
Step 1
Grill corn for 10-12 minutes. Remove corn from husks and set aside.
Saute jalapeno, onions and garlic in butter til soft and lightly brown.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together. Add sautéed mix to mayo mix. Add remaining ingredients except olives and green onions, and place in 2 quart dish. Bake in 400 oven for 25-30 minutes until golden. Sprinkle top with olives and green onions.
