- 1/4 cup potato water
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup plain mashed potato at room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
