Ingredients
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/4 C Kahlua
- 1/4 C water
- 1 pkg Devils food cake mix
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 sm pkg instant choc pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C oil
- 1/2 C water
- 1/4 C Kahlua
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 120z pkg choc chips

Step 1
Combine first four ingredients in a small pan over low heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil for 2 min. Cool completely and set aside.
Mix everything else but chic chips, and beat for 3 mini. Stir in choc chips, pour into greased and floured 10C bunt pan. Bake @ 350* for about an hour. Immediately spoon sugar and butter mixture over the cake while still in pan. Let cake stand 30 min before inverting onto serving plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
