Ingredients

  • 2 # Chicken Thighs
  • 2 # Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 # Chicken Breasts (cut each breast in half)
  • 3/4 cups Flour
  • 1 Tblsp. Salt
  • 2 Tblsp. Paprika
  • 2 tsp. Bells Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Butter or Oil
  • 1 Cup Chicken Bouillon

Preparation

Step 1

Put flour, salt, paprika and Bells seasoning in large plastic bag.

Shake to mix.
Add Chicken pieces a few at a time, shake to coat chicken.

Continue until all chicken is lightly coated.

Brown in hot oil in large skillet. Add a little more fat as necessary.

Place browned chicken pieces one layer deep in a large baking pan.

Add bouillon to drippings in skillet heat to mix bouillon and drippings then pour over chicken. Add more bouillon, if necessary.

Cover and bake 2 hours at 325, uncover and brown 15 minutes.

You may use a glass dish, turn down oven to 300 or cook less time. Glass always cooks faster
