Kitchen Sink Cookies

makes a huge amount of cookies
make a half the batter into cookies and freeze the other half

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup rolled oats
• optional amounts of chocolate chips, raisins, nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy
add eggs beating until well blended
add peanut butter mixing well
sift together flour salt and baking soda
add to wet ingredents along with the oats
add the chocolate chips raisins and nuts
roll into balls place on ungreased cookie sheet
press down with a fork
bake 12 minutes at 350*
