Oreo Cookie Balls

• 1 pound chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 pound vanilla-flavored candy coating, melted or substitute with a melting chocolate of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies and cream cheese to form a stiff dough. Roll into balls and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate in microwave for a couple of minutes, stirring 1/2 thru. Best to do this in small batches so chocolate doesn't harden. Dip with a toothpick in melted candy coating. Let rest on waxed paper. Chill for another 30 min in fridge.
