Ingredients
- 10 oz blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 C water
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 T lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients together in saucepan. Stir welll Heat and stir over medium heat until boiling. Simmer for about 5 minutes until berries release their juice. Good over crepes and waffles.
