Ingredients

  • pounds Unsalted Butter

  • ounces Sweetex ( if none, increase butter to 3 pounds)

  • pounds Granulated Sugar

  • 1⅔

    quarts Whole Eggs

  • ounces Vanilla Extract

  • pounds Cake Flour

  • 3

    cups White Chocolate Chips

  • 25

    ounces Cocoa Powder

  • .6 ounces Baking Powder

  • .8 ounces Salt

  • pounds Chopped Walnuts

Directions

1. Cream Butter and Sugar. 2. Add Eggs and Vanilla Extract in 2 stages (not all at once). 3. Add all dry ingredients at once. Mix until smooth. 4. Add Nuts and White Chocolate. Mix until combined. 5. Spread evenly in greased/ parchment/ floured sheet pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes and rotate for 10 more minutes.
