Ingredients
- 1/2 of a 6 oz. can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate (thawed)
- 1 Cup (6 oz.) Pitted Prunes
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar divided in half
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/3 Cup Walnuts (chopped)
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Margarine

Step 1
Add enough water to 3 oz. of lemonade to make 1 cup. Simmer prunes in lemonade covered for 5 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour, salt and nuts; add to prune mixture. Cook until thick (about 5 minutes); stirring constantly. Let cool. Combine remaining ingredients and pat 1/2 into greased 9" x 9" pan. Spread prune mixture over crumbs and top with remaining half of crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 - 35 minutes.
