Ingredients
- 12 cups water
- 1-1/2 lbs short ribs (I will be using beef shank)
- 1 head cabbage (3 lbs) cut into 1" pieces (I am lazy and will be using packaged
- coleslaw mix)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup drained seeded chopped canned tomatoes (I add 2 cups of canned tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 T sweet paprika
- 1 - 2 T salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add everything but the cabbage,
cook in the PC for 45 minutes, then a quick release. Add shredded cabbage and
cook for 5 more minutes.
