Step 1
Peel carrots and cut into 2 inch long segments and then either halve or quarter based on size. Place onto a piece of tinfoil and seal closed to keep in steam. Cook at 425 degrees for ~30-40 mins or until tender. Optional: Add butter, salt and pepper before serving.
