Ingredients

• 3 eggs beaten till light in color
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp soda in 1 tbsp hot water
• 1 tbsp whiskey
• 1/4 tsp anise oil
• 3 cups sifted flour
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls. bake 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
