Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 2 c Pulled Pork
- 10 oz frozen corn, thawed
- 10 oz frozen baby lima beans, thawed
- 10 oz frozen sliced okra, thawed
- 10 oz frozen peas and carrots combo, thawed
- 2 c Tomato Sauce
- 1 c beef broth
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices crusty bread

Preparation
Step 1
In a late dutch oven, cook onion in EVOO over medium heat until tender, 5 minutes
Add pork and cook 1 minute.
Add thawed vegetables, tomato sauce and broth.
Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper; serve with bread.
